General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) govern access to and use of ligatoday.com and all related products managed by Simeon Kirilov, founder of LigaToday (“LigaToday”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, taking out a paid subscription or using the website in any other way, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. What does LigaToday offer?
LigaToday aggregates football data and produces statistical match predictions (1X2, “Both Teams to Score”, Over/Under, most likely result, value bets) using its own ELO + Poisson model. The content is intended solely for informational, entertainment and analytical purposes.
Predictions are statistical estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. None of the content on LigaToday constitutes financial, tipster or gambling advice, and nothing on the website constitutes a recommendation to place a bet. You bear full responsibility for any decisions you make based on our data.
2. Admissibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or purchase a subscription. Where local legislation restricts access to gambling-related content, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of LigaToday is lawful within your jurisdiction.
3. Profiles
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity that takes place via your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately.
4. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
Prices are shown in the prices page. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel them. Customers in the EU/UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have already received the digital content with your express consent.
5. Permitted use
You must not:
- You must not resell, redistribute or republish our predictions or REST API responses without a written commercial agreement.
- You are sending automated traffic that exceeds the documented rate limits, or attempting to overload the service in any other way.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the model or extract its weights.
- You are using LigaToday in connection with unlawful activities, including in jurisdictions where sports betting is restricted.
6. Intellectual property
All the code on the website, the text, the brand and the proprietary ELO + Poisson model are the property of LigaToday / Simeon Kirilov. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the website for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access. The predictions are statistical models, not advice or a guarantee of the outcome. BeGambleAware is a useful resource if gambling becomes a problem.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LigaToday’s total liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) €100. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost stakes or lost data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time via My profile → Privacy.
10. Changes to the service or the Terms and Conditions
We may update the features or the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or via a banner on the website. Continued use following such changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian courts.
